-You must be able to pay via invoice.-All transactions are to be paid in full after sketch approval.-I do not offer refunds after sketch approval, nor refunds for finished artwork.-If I cancel a project for any reason after payment, I will reimburse all lost fees and refund 100%.-The client is permitted up to 10 free revisions during the sketch phase, and 3 free revisions to the finished piece.
Past this, future revisions cost $15 each.-Full references are required. This does not necessarily have to be a reference sheet, but I need to be able to see all necessary details of your character.-Rush fees are +%25 of the commission. With a rush fee, I can complete the artwork in a determined timeframe.-Any commissioned artwork is for personal use.
Fees vary for commercial use.-I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.-I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for future commissions or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.-I do not permit AI usage with my work. Any known usage of AI using my artwork (e.g. passing my sketch through AI image generators, as well as similar practices) will result in immediate blacklisting from all future sales.
